NO smoking/NO vaping inside the cabin or on the property whatsoever (that includes non-tobacco substances). NO pets/animals. NO house parties / NO bachelor/bachelorette parties, NO chaperoned / student/school groups. Events only by advance WRITTEN permission from the Owners; Separate "event" insurance may be required to be purchased by the Guest with Owners named as co-beneficiaries. The deposit is due to reserve the property; the Balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date. For reservations made less than 30 days before the check-in date, the full amount is due immediately. If the balance due is not paid in full by the due date, the booking will be canceled and Owners will retain any payments made to date. Minimum age, Rental Agreement, ID, and presence: The Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age to rent and be present during the entire stay. A Rental Agreement signed by the Primary Guest and a matching valid photo ID is required. If those items are not received within 48 hours from booking (or 24 hours if the beginning of the stay is less than 48 hours away), we reserve the right to cancel your booking and issue a refund. No third-party rentals. Property cannot be rented for someone else if the requestor will not be staying at the property OR will not be staying at the property throughout the entire duration of the rental period. For example, a parent cannot rent our property for their child(ren) who is under minimum age; The Guest signing the Rental Agreement must be the same one who provides a valid photo ID. Minors under 18 can only stay with a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult present at the property, and must never be left at the property unsupervised. No Pets/Animals: If the Guest brings pets/animals or evidence of pet/animal presence is discovered, Guests will be required to vacate the property immediately, with the rent and deposit money forfeited. No refund of any kind will be given under such circumstances.

Nous avons adoré profiter des journées hivernales et enneigées, passer du temps à nous réchauffer près de la cheminée, jouer à des jeux, manger et regarder des films. Michelle a été tout simplement parfaite ! Elle nous a tenus informés en permanence de tout ce dont nous avions besoin et sa communication était exceptionnelle. Our stay was absolutely immaculate, and we had a wonderful time!The accommodations were spotless, and we had a fantastic experience. We loved experiencing the wintery, snowy days, spending our time warming up by the fireplace, playing games, eating, and watching movies. Michelle was nothing short of perfect! She provided consistent updates on everything we needed and was an incredible communicator. Having her as a host was a true blessing for our family. We cannot wait for our next stay! Perfect location

Nous avons aussi apprécié nous asseoir sur le porche. C'est tellement calme et paisible là-bas. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute ! ❤️ Rien de négatif à dire. I loved that it was super clean. My kids absolutely loved the hot cocoa and smores bar. As well as the pool table and cinema. Such a nice touch. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch. So quiet and peaceful out there. We will definitely be back! ❤️ Nothing negative to say.

C'est une belle maison, elle était propre et bien agencée. Je reviendrai ici. La communication avec l'hôte était excellente. J'ai adoré le brasero dans le jardin et tout le reste. Ma famille et moi avons pris le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse. L'emplacement est vraiment très agréable, 10/10. Il y a un code de réduction pour votre prochain séjour dans le livre d'accueil, que je n'ai pas pensé à prendre 😌. J'aurais préféré qu'il soit envoyé par voie électronique, c'est tout. À part ça, tout était parfait. This a beautiful home, it was clean and well put together. I will be staying here again. The host communication was great. Loved the grounds fire pit and all. Me and my family ate breakfast on the patio. This is location is very nice 10/10. There is a discount code for your next stay in the welcome book that I didn’t remember to get😌. Wish it came electronically instead, that’s all. Outside of that everything was great.
