NO smoking/NO vaping inside the cabin or on the property whatsoever (that includes non-tobacco substances). NO pets/animals. NO house parties / NO bachelor/bachelorette parties, NO chaperoned / student/school groups. Events only by advance WRITTEN permission from the Owners; Separate "event" insurance may be required to be purchased by the Guest with Owners named as co-beneficiaries. The deposit is due to reserve the property; the Balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date. For reservations made less than 30 days before the check-in date, the full amount is due immediately. If the balance due is not paid in full by the due date, the booking will be canceled and Owners will retain any payments made to date. Minimum age, Rental Agreement, ID, and presence: The Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age to rent and be present during the entire stay. A Rental Agreement signed by the Primary Guest and a matching valid photo ID is required. If those items are not received within 48 hours from booking (or 24 hours if the beginning of the stay is less than 48 hours away), we reserve the right to cancel your booking and issue a refund. No third-party rentals. Property cannot be rented for someone else if the requestor will not be staying at the property OR will not be staying at the property throughout the entire duration of the rental period. For example, a parent cannot rent our property for their child(ren) who is under minimum age; The Guest signing the Rental Agreement must be the same one who provides a valid photo ID. Minors under 18 can only stay with a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult present at the property, and must never be left at the property unsupervised. No Pets/Animals: If the Guest brings pets/animals or evidence of pet/animal presence is discovered, Guests will be required to vacate the property immediately, with the rent and deposit money forfeited. No refund of any kind will be given under such circumstances.

Ce chalet a dépassé mes attentes. C'est la location la plus propre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné. Je fais le ménage tous les jours chez moi, et ici, je me suis vraiment senti comme à la maison. Je n'avais pas envie de partir ni d'aller aux événements prévus. La salle de jeux, la salle de cinéma et les bornes d'arcade ont eu beaucoup de succès. Nous avons profité du brasero, et le spectacle de lumières du voisin dans le jardin a permis de faire des vidéos vraiment sympas. L'attention portée aux détails et la communication de Michelle sont incomparables. Elle a vraiment anticipé et répondu à tous les besoins. Je choisirai sans hésiter cet endroit à nouveau si je reviens dans la région et qu'il est disponible. C'est mon numéro un ! This cabin exceeded my expectations. This is the cleanest rental I have stayed in. I personally clean every day, and this place felt like home. I did not want to leave and attend the events we were scheduled for. The game room, theatre room and arcades were a big hit. We enjoyed the fire pit and the neighbor's light show in the backyard made for really cool videos. Michelle's attention to detail and communication is unmatched. She really has anticipated and covered every need. I will definitely choose this place again if I'm ever in the area and it's available. It's number one on my list!

Je viens au Tennessee deux fois par an et je dois dire que c'est le chalet le plus propre dans lequel j'ai séjourné. L'hôte était vraiment incroyable. Je n'ai eu aucun problème, elle était juste tellement gentille que je lui ai envoyé des messages juste pour discuter. Ce chalet a tout pour plaire. Nous étions à seulement 6 minutes de la rue principale où se trouvent tous les restaurants et spectacles. Nous réserverons à nouveau ici. Merci encore à la meilleure hôte qui soit ! Super chalet Michelle ! I come to Tennessee 2 times a year and I must say this is the cleanest cabin i have stayed in. The host was super amazing. I didn’t have any issues she was just so nice that I texted for the conversation. This Cabin is everything. We were only like 6minutes away from the main strip where all the restaurants and shows were. We will be booking this again.Thanks again to the best host ever! Great Cabin Michelle!

Le chalet en lui-même était magnifique, très propre et chaleureux. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nos 3 enfants ont adoré le jacuzzi, la table de billard, les jeux d'arcade, la salle de cinéma, et surtout le kit de s'mores que Michelle avait prévu ! Le chalet se trouve à environ 20 minutes de tout à Pigeon Forge et à environ 30-40 minutes de Gatlinburg selon la circulation. Michelle a été une hôte formidable ! Très réactive et une excellente communication. Elle s'est même assurée que nous ayons tout le nécessaire pour notre plus jeune, qui a 6 mois. Elle a fourni un lit parapluie et de nombreux autres articles pour bébé qui ont rendu notre séjour beaucoup plus facile loin de la maison. Je recommande absolument de réserver ce chalet. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir à l'avenir ! We booked a last minute spring break trip for our family of 5 at Michelle's cabin, and it was perfect! The cabin itself was beautiful, very clean and cozy. We felt right at home. Our 3 kids loved the hot tub, pool table, arcade games, the theater room, and especially the s'mores kit that Michelle provided! The cabin itself is about 20 minutes to anything in pigeon forge and about 30-40 minutes to Gatlinburg depending on traffic. Michelle was a great host! Very responsive and great communication. She even made sure we had the necessities for our youngest, who is 6 months old. She provided a pack n play, and numerous other infant items that made our stay much easier away from home. I would absolutely recommend booking this cabin. We hope to be able to return in the future!
