NO smoking/NO vaping inside the cabin or on the property whatsoever (that includes non-tobacco substances). NO pets/animals. NO house parties / NO bachelor/bachelorette parties, NO chaperoned / student/school groups. Events only by advance WRITTEN permission from the Owners; Separate "event" insurance may be required to be purchased by the Guest with Owners named as co-beneficiaries. The deposit is due to reserve the property; the Balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date. For reservations made less than 30 days before the check-in date, the full amount is due immediately. If the balance due is not paid in full by the due date, the booking will be canceled and Owners will retain any payments made to date. Minimum age, Rental Agreement, ID, and presence: The Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age to rent and be present during the entire stay. A Rental Agreement signed by the Primary Guest and a matching valid photo ID is required. If those items are not received within 48 hours from booking (or 24 hours if the beginning of the stay is less than 48 hours away), we reserve the right to cancel your booking and issue a refund. No third-party rentals. Property cannot be rented for someone else if the requestor will not be staying at the property OR will not be staying at the property throughout the entire duration of the rental period. For example, a parent cannot rent our property for their child(ren) who is under minimum age; The Guest signing the Rental Agreement must be the same one who provides a valid photo ID. Minors under 18 can only stay with a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult present at the property, and must never be left at the property unsupervised. No Pets/Animals: If the Guest brings pets/animals or evidence of pet/animal presence is discovered, Guests will be required to vacate the property immediately, with the rent and deposit money forfeited. No refund of any kind will be given under such circumstances.

My kids absolutely loved the hot cocoa and smores bar. As well as the pool table and cinema. Such a nice touch. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch. So quiet and peaceful out there. Nous avons séjourné le temps d’un long week-end. Magnifique cabane. Propre. De petites attentions très réfléchies pour accueillir les familles avec enfants et bébés. Bien équipé : du liquide vaisselle et de la lessive sont à disposition des invités, kits de s’mores offerts, pop-corn offert dans la salle de cinéma, jeux de société, etc. Disposition de la maison : la troisième chambre est littéralement un ancien dressing parental réaménagé avec des lits superposés. Cela a très bien fonctionné pour nous car nous avons pu garder nos petits en sécurité la nuit. La chambre du sous-sol n’a pas de salle de bain. Les deux salles de bain du chalet se trouvent dans les deux chambres parentales, donc il n’est pas possible d’accéder à une salle de bain sans passer par la chambre de quelqu’un. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un excellent endroit où séjourner. L’hôte est très réactif, serviable et arrangeant. We stayed for a long weekend. Beautiful cabin. Clean. Super thoughtful touches to accommodate for families with children and babies. Well stocked: Dish and laundry detergent available for guests, complementary s'mores kits, complementary popcorn in the theater room, board games, etc Home layout: the third bedroom is literally a repurposed master closet with bunk beds in it. It worked well for us as we were able to keep our littles safe at night. The basement bedroom does not have a bathroom. The two bathrooms in the cabin are in the two master bedrooms, so you cannot access any bathrooms without walking into someone's bedroom to get there. Overall, this is a great place to stay. The host is very responsive, helpful, and accommodating.

J'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans le sanctuaire de Michelle et c'était merveilleux. C'était paisible et calme, facile à trouver et ce n'est pas situé en hauteur du point de vue d'une montagne. J'ai une peur terrible du vide et l'endroit de Michelle est le premier Airbnb qui ne m'a pas donné d'anxiété pour les allers-retours, puisque nous étions là pour le tournoi de football de mon fils. J'aurais aimé pouvoir rester plus longtemps et profiter de tout ce que son lieu avait à offrir pendant mon séjour, car c'était vraiment paisible et chaleureux. J'ai prévu d'y retourner pour des vacances en famille et j'espère pouvoir séjourner à nouveau dans ce magnifique sanctuaire. Michelle est très réactive et elle répond à toutes vos questions lorsque vous prenez votre décision. I had the pleasure of staying at Michelle’s sanctuary and it was wonderful. It was peaceful and quiet not hard to find and it’s not high up from a mountain point of view, I am terrified of heights and Michelle’s place is the first Airbnb that has not given me anxiety when it came to coming and going since we were away for my sons football tournament. I wish I could have stayed and taken in everything that her place had to offer during my stay, because it was just that peaceful and homey. I have it on my agenda to go back on a family vacation and hopefully I’ll be staying at this beautiful sanctuary. Michelle is very responsive and she is open to all of your inquiries when you are making your decisions. I’ve never met but you wouldn’t be able to tell just by her professionalism and mannerisms!!! The house was perfect for our needs as my fiancée and I were introducing our teenage kids to each other for the first time (his three and my three). They sat by the fire pit and roasted marshmallows, some got in the hot tub, we had a pool tournament, we brought our switches and played Mario Kart in the theater room. Since the night was freezing (we’re from Florida!) the fireplace heated the main living area and it was amazing. We all had just the best time and we will definitely be recommending and possibly be staying at Michelle’s again!
